i have made my own model using vroid but i cant upload it to unity to use it for vr chat,i have made my model using vroid but how do i upload it onto unity to use it in vr chat please help

i have created my own model using vRoid and was hoping to use it in vr chat to stream but i dont know how to upload it to unity to use for vr chat what do i do please help me ,i made my own model on vroid thats ready for vr chat to start streaming but it wont allow me to upload it onto unity to use it on vr chat what do i have to do to make it work
