Models in prefab are broken after updating .fbx file

I am building a game and have prefabs of combinations of buildings (bases, floors and roofs). But I didn't texture the models. When I try to update a model the prefabs are doing weird stuff. The faces with new materials become invisible. My workflow for creating prefabs is is: - Create empty gameobject - Add modular parts - Parent parts to empty gameobject - Make prefab from gameobject with parts I hope this is enough information for you to help me. I am very desperate because I have to update all my modular parts with textures. Kind reagards, GerardMe
